I declare that all the particulars furnished by me on this registration form are true and
correct. I understand that I may cancel within 14 working days to qualify for a refund.
A 15% administration levy will be charged on cancellations. I acknowledge and agree with the
payment terms and understand that should my account be in arrears, my child/children’s access to
the system will be paused until the account is brought up to date.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are only permissible within a 14-day period from the date of enrollment. Any cancellations made during this stipulated timeframe shall be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 15% of the total enrollment cost.
Subsequent to the aforementioned 14-day window, the entire enrollment fee becomes non-refundable and fully payable.
In cases where the subscription option has been selected, it is important to note that this choice is irrevocable and cannot be terminated.
Please note: For new enrollments, the R500 registration fee is non-refundable and is payable as an administrative charge separate from tuition or subscription fees.
Payments & arrears
By proceeding with enrollment, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the payment terms outlined herein. You also comprehend and accept that failure to maintain current account status, leading to account arrears, will result in a temporary suspension of your child/children's access to the system.
Restoration of access shall be contingent upon the settlement of all current outstanding dues thereby bringing the account up to date.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter herein and supersede any prior understandings or agreements.
